Shipment of products:
- All products in the catalog include the corresponding VAT in their price.
- The price of the product does not include shipping costs.
- Shipments will be made through Envialia and Correos España.
- The shipping costs will be calculated automatically taking into account the weight and the destination of the shipment.
- The approximate delivery time will be 72 hours in working days (except weekends and holidays) for domestic orders and 10-15 days for international orders.
- No shipment will be made without having received the payment or proof of it.
- The term of change or return of any product will be of 14 calendar days, from the reception of the order, after this period the returns will not be admitted.
- All returns must be managed through the mail.
- For any change or return you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number, article and billing information.
- The returned item must be in the same condition in which it was sent, damaged goods or in bad conditions will not be accepted.
- The items can be returned by registered mail and with acknowledgment of receipt for possible losses of which CHARRIS.ES will not be responsible at any time.
- The return made will include the total amount of the item or items returned and not the cost of shipping.
- In case of return, shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect / tare in the product, in which case CHARRIS.ES will bear the cost of transport of the return and proceed to replace the item with one of the same characteristics or the payment of the amount of the purchase.

Once verified that the returned product is in perfect condition and within the term, CHARRIS.ES approve the change or return by email and proceed to pay the money with the same mode of payment with which the purchase was made.
